Planning has been submitted for the delivery of a 385-home residential scheme on a 3.4-hectare old gasworks site owned by Scottish Gas Networks in Bexley, in collaboration with Bellway London Partnerships and Stockwool Architects.

Adding to our portfolio of work to create a brighter future for our local schools is the completed project for Honilands Primary School in Enfield.
A milestone has been reached on the transformation of a former garage site on Newbridge Road, Bath into a residential-led development for Hartwell PLC. Working with AHMM, a planning application has now been submitted for 104 new high-quality homes as well as 186 bed student accommodation, retail space and public realm.
In partnership with maintenance contractor idverde we’ve been working on green infrastructure and biodiversity improvements across a number of sites within the London Borough of Hammersmith & Fulham – West Kensington & Gibbs Green Estate; Normand Park Bowling Green; and Eel Brook Common.
A new era for the TV and film industry is upon us with the green light given to state-of-the-art production facilities in Bedfordshire. With the operations by Home of Production (HOP), the masterplan features over 1.5 million sq ft of flexible studio space in a size and format unprecedented in the UK and caters to the growing demand for purpose-built production spaces in the UK.
Barratt West London and Metropolitan Thames Valley Housing have appointed us alongside Makower Architects and Hutchinson & Partners to deliver the closing phases of the huge urban regeneration scheme West Hendon Waterside in Brent.
Independent housebuilder Dandara Eastern have commissioned M+A alongside Pegasus Group’s Architects to submit a detailed planning application on Moors Field – a 160-home landscape-led residential development surrounded by 8.4ha of open space in Uttlesford, Essex.
Following its green light from Wandsworth Council, the delivery of the showpiece of the Springfield masterplan is due to commence in the autumn. Consisting of 250 bespoke homes, plots F, G, P and Q are the jewel in the crown for this residential village which will sit in the proximity the impressive Grade-II listed Springfield Hospital building.

Transforming 30 hectares of undeveloped former industrial land on the south bank of the Thames in Kent, the newest phase of NWM’s Northfleet Embankment West masterplan will see a mixed-use development bringing 532 homes, three parks and a community centre alongside 46,000sqm employment and 850sqm retail space to Ebbsfleet Garden City.

A highlight last month was co-leading a workshop alongside Barratt London, TTL Properties Ltd (TfL’s wholly owned property company), and Tate Hindle Architects to co-design with a group of students at the Ark Academy in Wembley Park. The objective: inspiring the students to shape two play spaces within the nearby Wembley Park Gardens residential development.
