REGENERATION IN BARNET

Barratt West London and Metropolitan Thames Valley Housing have appointed us alongside Makower Architects and Hutchinson & Partners to deliver the closing phases of the huge urban regeneration scheme West Hendon Waterside in Barnet.

Phases 5 & 6 will see the completion of 1,082 residential apartments, including 329 new affordable and shared ownership homes, a new Community Healthcare (GP) Surgery and flexible retail space, all set in a significant new piece of landscape and public realm.

The transit-oriented development is situated on the eastern bank of the Barnet reservoir with the incorporation of a waterside walk and parkland that seamlessly connects all phases of the project.
