INDUSTRIAL EVOLUTION
Paving the way for a transformative development, the planning application for our Wembley Sites has been submitted following a series of positive pre-application engagements with Brent Council and their Quality Review Panel. The development will transform the area’s Strategic Industrial Location (SIL) in association with Beyond Collaboration and UMC Architects. This project embodies our dedication to innovation, sustainability, and the creation of meaningful spaces that enhance the community.
GASWORKS TO GREEN SPACES
The highly anticipated proposals to redevelop the former Bell Green Gasworks site in Sydenham has been given the green light by Lewisham’s Strategic Planning Committee. This marks a pivotal moment in the site’s transformation, setting the stage for a new chapter of growth and innovation in the heart of Sydenham. Spearheaded by Barratt London and dMFK architects, the development will deliver 262 new homes, a public retail square, 8,000 sqft of commercial facility and vibrant public space for the community.
FUTURE PLACES IN THE MAKING
Our ambitious new urban quarter at Canning Town will be the focus of our Pineapples Award entry this year. It will comprise the Bidder Street Data Centre and Crown Wharf projects, as part of our submission to the 2025 Pineapple Awards in the Future Place category. These adjacent developments aim to transform an underutilised site in Canning Town into a vibrant gateway to the Cody Triangle, creating an engaging and meaningful public realm.
