DAUBENY PROJECT: NEW GREEN FRONTIER AT OXFORD SCIENCE PARK
External works have officially commenced for Project Daubeny, a transformative development at the prestigious Oxford Science Park. This project is set to reshape the park’s landscape, incorporating advanced green and blue infrastructure to foster a more sustainable and innovative environment.
UNIFYING SPACES: HENDON WATERSIDE
Appointed by Barratt London to develop the Unification Strategy for Hendon Waterside – a development nestled amidst 170 hectares of green space and alongside the tranquil Welsh Harp Reservoir. This site offers a unique blend of nature and modern living allowing residents to enjoy the peaceful, waterside setting, complemented by convenient on-site amenities. For commuters, the location is ideally connected, with Brent Cross West just 6 minutes away and St Pancras reachable in 18 minutes from nearby Hendon Central station.
A BCO AWARD CONTENDER
Aztec 1000, a major refurbishment of an existing office building on the outer edge of Bristol, has been shortlisted for the prestigious BCO (British Council for Offices) Awards in the Refurbished/Recycled Workplace category for the South. Our role was to design and deliver the external landscape , ensuring that the building’s exterior harmonised with its’ newly refurbished interior.
Through the lens of the climate emergency, our consultancy offers a holistic approach to sustainable design. We dynamically engage with environmental opportunities as a way of tackling the biodiversity crisis.
