Perpetuating the goal for discovery and innovation, new state-of-the-art laboratories will enable science and technology tenants to grow within the CaMkOx Knowledge Corridor – an economic development initiative spanning the Oxford-Milton Keynes-Cambridge arc.

Our design has focused on walkable pedestrian spaces, biodiversity net gain and habitat creation as well as the integration of health and wellness spaces to provide an attractive landscape setting for commercial tenants across the 4-hectare site.
