For commuters, the location is ideally connected, with Brent Cross West just 6 minutes away and St Pancras reachable in 18 minutes from nearby Hendon Central station.
Aztec 1000, a major refurbishment of an existing office building on the outer edge of Bristol, has been shortlisted for the prestigious BCO (British Council for Offices) Awards in the Refurbished/Recycled Workplace category for the South. Our role was to design and deliver the external landscape , ensuring that the building’s exterior harmonised with its’ newly refurbished interior.

This dynamic mixed-use development by Argent Ltd. and Midgard will feature 619 homes, including shared ownership apartments, plus a host of new shops, cafes, and a cinema. At the centre of it all is Ferry Square, a flexible social space designed to bring residents and visitors together for events, relaxation, and casual interactions.
