Planning permission has been granted for the development of a 185-bed aparthotel at Wyvil Court, Lambeth, which will be operated by the Wilde brand by Staycity. Designed by EPR Architects and with planning led by Citygrove, Pillar Consulting, and DP9, the development will deliver a contemporary aparthotel supported by an ancillary co‑working café, ground‑floor facilities, and a series of public‑realm enhancements.
The landscape and public‑realm strategy is designed to create an inviting, high‑quality environment for hotel guests and neighbouring retail uses. It also establishes a positive, well‑performing interface with the surrounding context — supporting future developments while responding sensitively to the adjacent school and existing residential buildings.
