KEW’S RIVERSIDE REVOLUTION HITS THE TOP!

We were pleased to join the celebration of the topping out ceremony at The Watermark, by Elysian Residences, an elegant retirement living residential development in Kew Gardens and the village. The Watermark has been designed in collaboration with Collado Collins Architects and is being delivered by McAleer and Rushe.  The Watermark will bring 88 new retirement living riverside homes to the River Thames.
The Watermark homeowners can access an ecologically sensitive, landscape‑led scheme that recognises existing riverside woodland, riparian habitats, and accommodation of wildlife through the protection of existing badger setts. Designed to provide a rich variety of amenity spaces and experiences for homeowners and visitors, the development places community spaces where homeowners can thrive and interact with nature.
We are proud to be supporting the delivery of the landscape design in collaboration with Elysian Residences, McAleer & Rushe, and Collado Collins Architects.
