Northern Arc is Homes England’s 3500-dwelling masterplan in Burgess Hill. We were successful in winning Phase 1B with Bellway Homes for 250 units aiming to blend the very best of town and country living. The Phase 1B provides vibrant, mixed-use centres and well-designed neighbourhoods set amongst existing, mature woodlands to Homes England standards.

We designed a distinctive and attractive public realm which supports the social needs of intergenerational living and promotes biodiversity and water management. Our strategy focused on green corridors to encourage active lifestyles whilst also creating a safe network for wildlife and people to move around the site. The masterplan sits alongside an infrastructure delivery plan and phasing strategy for the 15-year development.
