Delivering Fairview’s flagship scheme in the UK was a heady challenge. Alongside Allies & Morrison, we drove the masterplanning through a contentious multi-layered consultation with OPDC and Brent Council, eventually convincing both that quality design justifies the height and density of the scheme.

The prominent 27-storey tower defined the 800-unit major regeneration scheme on the former Guinness Brewery site, and transformed the Old Oak and Park Royal Development Corporation Opportunity Area. Inspired by the industrial heritage of the site, the final design incorporated organic and rolling layers referencing the distinctive Guinness ‘cascade’ with a complex play strategy inspired by brewing processes.
