Harlow Science Park

Harlow Science Park is a landmark contemporary scheme, expanding the town centre through the transformation of a 35-hectare site into a next-generation science park. The scheme is a joint venture project between Harlow County Council and Vinci Construction on land designated as an Enterprise Zone, which will generate new employment opportunities by welcoming twenty-six plots, including a hotel; gym; creche and cafes.

M+A worked closely with Scott Brownrigg to evolve the design of a masterplan and infrastructure collaboratively with the design team. The plot-wide public realm infrastructure is currently being installed along with site-wide tree planting. Plot specific works are underway.
