In carrying out a 3-month research project for industry partners on the green roof market, we explored opportunities for new systems. Since then, we have gone on to develop some of the most advanced green roof designs in the world, including podium decks in the UK, and in Bermuda the first in podium rainwater attenuation system and the first hurricane-proof green roof systems for the island’s King Edward II hospital.
