Ferry Island

Forming a central part of the major regeneration of Tottenham Hale, Ferry Island North embodies a lively mixed-use neighbourhood shaped around people, place and public life. Developed by Argent and delivered by Midgard, the scheme will provide 619 new homes – including shared ownership apartments – supported by street-level shops, cafés and a new cinema that add vibrancy and day-to-day convenience. At its heart sits Ferry Square, a flexible civic space designed by us to host events, encourage social interaction and act as a welcoming meeting point for both residents and visitors.
