Fast approaching completion is the development of a 142-unit residential scheme in a prime location in West Ealing for Telereal Trillium. As high-density apartment blocks in an urban setting, our role in creating well-designed amenity spaces for residents has been integral to the success of this project.

Inspired by the site’s telephone exchange heritage and Dorothy Annan’s 1960’s ceramic murals, themselves a part of telecom history, the masterplan was strongly influenced by an angular geometric theme.
We are overseeing the creation of a landscape strategy for two new streetscapes, as well as podium gardens, internal amenity spaces and roof terraces. This approach intends to create individual spaces, each with its own unique identity for a broad range of incoming residents in this West London suburb.

Employing a broad range of low maintenance plants, the core planting palette is designed to create a strong textural green space which offers subtle changes in seasonal colour and scent.
