RAISING OLD KENT ROAD – UPPING THE ANTE

We are unveiling the first building for the regeneration of South Southwark along the Old Kent Road, London. The ambitious scheme with Pooch Construction will deliver extensive public realm improvements and landscape design to the surrounding streets, and will set a precedent for future developments in South London, helping to encourage the incorporation of workspace into future residential-led schemes in the Old Kent Road area.

M+A will deliver approx. 900 sqm of external amenity and play space on the four communal terraces located on various floors of this building, located on 685 – 695 Old Kent Road. This high-quality mixed-use development designed by Maccreanor Lavington Architects will provide the area with a church, light industrial workspaces, active frontage, and over 100 new homes throughout the 21 floors.
