New Plans Unveiled for Chadwell Hill

Planning approval has been granted for an exciting new development at Chadwell Hill in St Marys led by Bellway Homes (Thames Gateway).

The plans include 116 new homes set directly adjacent to local wildlife areas that are being protected and enhanced through the landscape proposals, delivering an integrated vision for sustainable living set to enhance village life for years to come.

Set within a 7.49ha site, Chadwell Hill will provide much-needed housing within a sensitively designed landscape setting with well-being and nature in mind, including a LEAP for children’s play and nature trails that create opportunities for outdoor learning, leisure, and exploration for all ages.
