GROUND BREAKING ADVANCES AT HARLOW SCIENCE PARK

Work to build the next phase at Harlow Science Park has officially begun following practical completion of the first two Plots, which contributes towards the creation of a 35ha Med-Tech business park.

Set within a globally recognised region of scientific excellence, the new Med-Tech Campus brings together research, innovation and manufacturing, with the carefully considered campus-style environment designed for people to meet and collaborate.

The project is a joint venture between Wrenbridge and Vinci Developments UK, in partnership with Harlow Enterprise Zone and Harlow Council.

M+A worked closely with Scott Brownrigg to design the site masterplan and collaborated with a diverse design team to refine infrastructure proposals, including the individual Plot design to achieve the innovative vision for the development.
