Set across a 143-acre site to the east of the village, Willowbrook will deliver much-needed housing alongside valuable community infrastructure. Construction of the first homes is scheduled to begin later this year, marking the first step in creating a thriving new neighbourhood that blends thoughtfully into its rural setting. The new development will include a community centre with office space, meeting rooms, nursery facilities, parking, and accessible toilets—which will also serve visitors to the adjoining country park.

M+A designed the green spaces with well-being and nature in mind, including informal play areas, nature trails, and natural play equipment, offering opportunities for outdoor learning, leisure, and exploration for all ages.
