URBAN RENEWAL IN ACTION

M+A have recently been appointed by Barratt London to design and oversee the delivery of the landscape proposals at Streatham Common Junction, Streatham.

Working alongside ATP architects, the mixed-use neighbourhood scheme will redevelop a former Homebase store and car park into over 230 high-quality new homes for Lambeth.

The landscape proposals will create new open space for people to enjoy, rain gardens, spaces to play, and rooftop amenity for residents to enhance biodiversity and ecology on the site. The scheme will also be home to a new sustainable transport hub that promotes the London Plan’s target for 80% of all journeys to be by foot, cycle or public transport by 2041.
