Grand plans for the largest phase of Ebbsfleet Garden city, the Eastern Quarry area now known as Whitecliffe, and home to the villages of Ashmere and Alkerden will see the development of up to 4,600 new homes.

This 667-acre site lies 19 miles to the South East of Central London, in a key location that bounded to the west by the Bluewater Shopping Centre and to the east by Ebbsfleet International rail station, providing great connections to local facilities and enhances the existing public transport network.
The site is owned by Henley Camland, who are tasked with delivering the key infrastructure of the masterplan. In collaboration with Bellway Homes Thames Gateway, Bellway London Partnerships, BPTW Architects and a range of other disciplines, M+A have been appointed to provide public realm and landscape design resolution for multiple parcels within the development.
