Celebrating Our Commitment to People and Nature

Last week saw us awarded the Most Sustainable Studio at the prestigious Pro Landscaper Sustainability & Biodiversity Awards.

This was a much-welcomed recognition of not only our commitment to tackling the climate and biodiversity through our work but also the way that we run the business. It demonstrated that sustainability is not a ‘nice to have’ but central to who we are and how we design.

The award is in large part thanks to our B Corp certification which we gained a year ago. By obliging us legally and morally to balance profit with purpose, this accountability has pushed us in many new and positive directions: from starting to track our organisational and project carbon footprints; embedding sustainable design into our projects through our bespoke framework; more flexible working policies; more conscious procurement; investment in upskilling training; and civic engagement policy. All of these initiatives is grounded in our B Corp mission.

This accolade highlights the collective effort of our studio in pushing the boundaries of responsible landscape architecture and bolsters our strategy: to continue growing, learning, and designing with integrity, so that nature and communities flourish side by side.
