BROOK AVENUE, WEMBLEY – BRIDGING THE GAP

Barratt and TfL’s joint venture will see the transformation of a former TfL car park at Wembley Park Station. Together with Tate Hindle this strategic regeneration scheme is part of TfL’s 10,000-unit housing programme to convert poorly utilised land to much-needed homes and urban greening across London.

The 5-block scheme is delivering 454 homes, new retail facilities, open spaces, high-quality public realm and a communal amenity space.
