BARKING RIVERSIDE, PLOT H WEST – COMMUNITY AT ITS HEART

Land formerly occupied by Barking Power Station is being revitalised, thanks to the impressive Barking Riverside masterplan; a mixed-use development in East London that is the UK’s largest residential regeneration scheme being delivered by Barking Riverside Limited.

Working alongside Bellway London Partnerships and Stockwool architects, M+A are appointed for deliver public realm and landscape design solutions to ensure that this particular plot tied in with the wider masterplan design principles.

Plot H West is comprised of 167 residential units with 17 accessible flats, all designed to meet London Plan and NDSS requirements.

Landscape design will includes ground floor public realm and private amenity podium design, taking into account local play provision requirements and consideration of Urban Greening Factor (UFG) and Biodiversity Net Gain (BNG) through the implementation of green infrastructure on-site.
