Barking Riverside masterplan; a mixed-use development in East London that is the UK’s largest residential regeneration scheme is being delivered by Barking Riverside Limited, a joint venture between GLA Land and Property Limited (GLAP) and Quadrant Housing Association (L&Q).
The masterplan will create a healthy new town in the heart of Barking and will deliver over 10,800 new homes, a brand-new overground rail station with direct links to central London, community-led infrastructure, direct river access, 7 new schools, new network of footpaths and cycleways and 21 hectares of open space and sports pitches.
The latest scheme to feature is our growing portfolio of continued involvement, Plot H, forms the final piece of this particular parcel of land, sitting adjacent to Plots F+G. Plot H is comprised of 107 residential units, 50% affordable with 11 accessible flats, all designed to meet London Plan and NDDSS requirements.Working alongside Bellway London Partnerships and Stockwool architects, M+A provided public realm and landscape design solutions.
