MARKET HOUSE: A MODERN WORKPLACE REIMAGINED

Led by RPG in collaboration with GNA Architecture, the scheme reimagines the existing office space through a series of targeted interventions that enhance both functionality and occupier experience while reinforcing the building’s long-term sustainability credentials.

Internally, the layout is carefully reconfigured to improve efficiency, flexibility, and overall usability, creating a more adaptable working environment capable of supporting a range of future tenant requirements. At roof level, a significantly enhanced amenity offering introduces new external spaces that provide occupants with improved opportunities for wellbeing, collaboration, and informal interaction, helping to establish a stronger connection between the workplace and the outdoors.

The wider setting is also revitalised through improvements to the soft landscaping, introducing a greener and more welcoming environment that strengthens the building’s relationship with its surroundings. Collectively, these interventions breathe new life into Market House, delivering a sustainable refurbishment that enhances occupier appeal, promotes longevity, and contributes positively to the wider urban context.
