CHISWICK’S GREEN RENEWAL
Jaysam has submitted planning for an exceptional mixed-use scheme for 1 Burlington Lane, Chiswick, in collaboration with Simpson Haugh. This thoughtfully designed scheme includes 132 residential dwellings and 314 square meters of flexible commercial floor space. The proposal will provide with essential affordable housing, create job opportunities, and boost the retail scene, all while bringing significant enhancements to the public realm that will benefit the entire borough.
Having previously designed and delivered the adjacent site – Chiswick Gate in 2017, we are delighted to work towards delivering another bringing another project in this leafy corner of London to life and transforming the local area one site at a time.
Upgrades to the ground-floor public realm will open up new pathways, making the site more accessible for commuters. Above, the first-floor podium will become a vibrant haven for residents, featuring communal spaces and playful zones thoughtfully crafted for all ages and abilities, fostering a true sense of community.
