SPRINGFIELD’S FINAL CHAPTER

Following its green light from Wandsworth Council, the delivery of the showpiece of the Springfield masterplan is due to commence in the autumn. Consisting of 250 bespoke homes, plots F, G, P and Q are the jewel in the crown for this residential village which will sit in the proximity the impressive Grade-II listed Springfield Hospital building.

Reappointed by London Square for the delivery stage, our involvement throughout the lifespan of the project, from concept through to construction means bringing to life our vision of connecting the heritage of the site with new green infrastructure and the creation of valuable, social green space.

With a vested interest in delivery, we ensure processes are carried out to the highest standard. Working closely with client London Square, architects Assael and the Contractors we look forward to the completion of this valuable new addition to Wandsworth.
