Regency Heights is part of a £26 billion regeneration masterplan backed by the London Mayor, which will deliver over 25,000 new homes over the next four decades and generate 65,000 new jobs.

Construction is now underway at Regency Heights Park Royal; the dynamic development transforming the 2.2ha residential led masterplan with stunning high-quality public realm and private amenity.
