MILESTONE MOMENT FOR SPRINGFIELD

The development project at Springfield Village-Wandsworth is on the brink of an exciting transformation. With structures for Plots P, Q, and G in place, delivery of the public realm and landscape is just on the horizon, as part of a wider vision to provide 250 new homes and a new public parkland.

Spearheaded by London Square, with architectural design by Assael Architecture, the development of these plots is set to be a hallmark of urban renewal in this lively part of London. Our involvement in this project has spanned from the conceptual stage through to the ongoing construction process. We are proud to be integral in the creation of valuable public green spaces that will not only complement the new residential units but also breathe new life into the entire community.

The parkland and public areas of these plots will provide a green sanctuary for both the residents of Springfield Village and the wider Wandsworth community, enriching the area’s biodiversity and contributing to a healthier urban environment.

As we enter the final stages of construction, our focus remains on ensuring that the public realm and landscape are delivered to the highest quality.
