Paving the way for a transformative development, the planning application for our Wembley Sites has been submitted following a series of positive pre-application engagements with Brent Council and their Quality Review Panel. The development will transform the area’s Strategic Industrial Location (SIL) in association with Beyond Collaboration and UMC Architects. This project embodies our dedication to innovation, sustainability, and the creation of meaningful spaces that enhance the community. The visionary design serves as a transformative gateway to the Wembley area, ushering in a new era of urban revitalisation.

The development will consist of four new industrial buildings designed for flexible B2/B8 use, catering to a range of light industrial activities. Another key focus of the project is to develop a cost-effective, next generation workspace building designed for Class E use, fostering innovation and economic growth.

The vibrant external landscape and public realm focusses on integrating nature with the built environment, enhancing the aesthetic appeal as well as the functionality of the site. It will improve access for vehicles and pedestrians, ensuring the space is easily navigable and well-connected. By incorporating vertical planting and an avenue of trees, we aim to soften the building facades and create a welcoming sense of arrival.

The urban greening strategy strengthens the connection to the ecological corridor along the river Brent, fostering biodiversity and promoting environmental sustainability. This project will revitalise a crucial route into Wembley and elevate the quality of industrial spaces, providing modern facilities that cater to the evolving needs of businesses and the community.
